Working Process:
Conditioned sludge enters the filter chamber from the flocculation tank and moves towards the discharge end.
As wastewater traverses the system, the shaft’s thread progressively tightens, increasing pressure on the sludge.
This pressure separates water from the sludge. The motion of the moving and fixed rings cleans the gaps between them, preventing blockages typical in similar systems.
Filtered sludge cakes are propelled forward by the shaft and ultimately discharged from the end.
