This innovative system operates on a unique filtration principle following coagulation-flocculation, delivering exceptional performance in

How It Works:
The press utilizes a configuration of alternating moving and fixed discs, stacked to accommodate varying capacities.
As the feed material (sludge or oil-bearing biomass) is introduced, it is gradually conveyed forward by a low-speed helical screw.
The material is compacted during its passage through the disc stack, ultimately exiting the press as a solid “cake,” while the filtrate is efficiently separated and collected.
The core feature lies in the self-cleaning mechanism enabled by the interaction of moving discs with the screw shaft.
The rotating motion of the screw subtly displaces the moving discs in a circular path, continuously cleaning the filtration gaps and maintaining consistent
throughput with minimal manual intervention.
