Has expertise in directing and coordinating the organization’s operations activities. The area of roles and responsibilities are overseeing the manufacturing, purchase, and sales activities; monitoring revenue, margins, overseeing employee productivity, identifying and targeting on areas that need specialization, reviewing financial information, adjusting operational budgets, evaluating overall performance by interpreting data and metrics; and ensuring that the organization runs as per legalities. While the day-to-day activities vary heavily on the organization’s functions, having in-depth knowledge of diverse business operations including supply chain and customer service; and familiarity with ERP and CRM software. Overall looking after the smooth functioning of the organization.

Urv Patel
Urv Patel, M.S. is the principal research & development officer of Dynamic Equipments Pvt Ltd. His professional interest includes wastewater management & engineering with specialization in process design for biological and physico-chemical processes, sludge dewatering, coagulation-flocculation and physic-chemical treatment of sludge. He also oversees the Marketing & Sales department at DEPL.
He graduated from University of Washington, Seattle and have worked with institutions like CDM Smith, Washington State Department of Ecology, Environmental Management Centre (Mumbai), Asian Development Bank, Gujarat Water Supply & Sewerage Board, IL&FS (CSR group) and several others.
Production & Installation Engineer
Vikul Chaudhary
Vikul Chaudhary is expert in engineering & sludge coagulation assessment. He handles production and site installation department at DEPL. Armed with a diploma in engineering he specializes in handling all kind of difficult sludge and also helps customers in on-site troubleshooting

Harshad Salvi
On deputation to Dynamic Equipment Pvt Ltd by its sister firm which is a NABL accredited laboratory Harshad handles all the sludge testing and treatability reporting to the application department. He is a qualified chemist with experience of more than 3 years under him handling variety of sludge from industries.
